Mocking Bird really stands out in a crowd. The heat is there (in a great way), but it won’t stop you from going in for more. The flavor is incredible and really stands out. I tested this against a bunch of different rubs and everyone who tried it loved it. 10/10- if you are on the fence or just looking for something to elevate your bbq game, this is the rub to go with.

If you are looking for a rub that brings the heat, this is the one! An actual spicy seasoning with great flavor. Can be used on pretty much anything that you want to add heat to, but it’s especially good on wings.
