Memorial Day is about honoring the men and women who have lost their lives while serving our great country. In doing so, many of us gather with family and friends to enjoy the unofficial start of summer.
While burgers and hot dogs on the grill are always an option, why not let us do the hard work for you this Memorial Day and take your get together up a notch? We are offering two options.
Option 1 – Smoked Pulled Pork – $75
Includes 10 pounds of smoked pulled pork, 24 buns and a bottle of sauce all for $75. Feeds 12-18 people. All you and your guests have to worry about is sides and drinks.
Option 2 – Grill on the Hill 2019 Award Winning Pork Tacos – $100
Includes 10 pounds of smoked pulled pork, corn and flour street taco tortillas, cherry sautéed apples, crushed pork rinds, and a bottle of sauce all for $100. Feeds 15-20 people. All you and your guests have to worry about is drinks.
Both of these options feature expertly smoked pork, low and slow, with our house made Down With the Swine rub and include an 8oz bottle of our house made Up North BBQ sauce.
Pickup in Winfield is strongly recommended, but we will deliver within 10 miles of the Wheaton area on Memorial Day morning for an additional $15.
Other local barbecue establishments charge far more for catering, so why not save a little money and still get some amazing barbecue? We won Best Pork at Grill on the Hill 2019 and Best Wings at Grill on the Hill 2018. We work hard to craft top-notch barbecue and unique flavors, but we know that barbecue is best when shared with others. That’s why we want to share it with you.
We will be offering other deals (with different meats) for future holidays, so make sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay up to date. We plan to add sides at some point as well, and eventually a full catering menu, but for now we’re limiting it to specific options.
