Our quick-order pulled pork is pork shoulder seasoned with our Down With the Swine rub and smoked low and slow over cherry wood. Comes vacuum-sealed and unshredded for easy reheating. Simply add to a pot of hot water on the stove for 45 minutes or more until heated through, then shred.
Add a bottle of our Up North sauce (Kansas City style sweet BBQ) or Down Low sauce (South Carolina style mustard based).
