Justin Potts - Pasatiempo Barbecue

From 2006-10 I lived in a one bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with no backyard space and only a George Foreman in a tiny galley kitchen. I vowed that when I bought a house I would dive into grilling. Now, with 2 Big Green Eggs, a PK, a Weber Kettle, a Masterbuilt 1050 Gravity Series, a Blackstone 36″ griddle, and a Blackstone 22″, I just can’t get enough.

I’ve won best wings and best pork at the Grill on the Hill Eggfest in Gaylord, Mich. and captured 3rd out of 36 people’s choice at The Ohio Eggfest, but above all, I enjoy the camaraderie that comes with it. My goal is to produce high-quality barbecue and barbecue products, teach and learn from others, develop great relationships with others who share the same interest, and give back to those in need.
